• Frames (including non prescription sunglasses) and prescription lenses all sales are final, the frames can be restyled once at your insurance’s discretion. If your insurance allows you to restyle then your frame must be in perfect condition and your return must include the original case, cleaning clothes, etc.
  • Contact lenses you have 90 days from the purchase date to return your boxes for “store credit only”. The contact lens boxes must be unopened and not damaged or written on. Contacts purchased more than 90 days ago will not be accepted for return. Specialty lenses (RPG’s, Sclerals, Hybrid, Metro Optics, etc) come with a 30-90 day exchange policy that varies by manufacturer and will be discussed with you during the contact lens evaluation.
