• Frames (including non prescription sunglasses) are final sale and cannot be returned. Prescription lenses can be changed once at no charge, lens type must be the same or less expensive and must be done within 60 days of original order date. Additional lens changes beyond the first change will be charged at full price.
• Contact lenses you have 90 days from the purchase date to return your boxes for “store credit only”. The contact lens boxes must be unopened and not damaged or written on. Contacts purchased more than 90 days ago will not be accepted for return. Specialty lenses (RPG’s, Sclerals, Hybrid, Metro Optics, etc) come with a 30-90 day exchange policy that varies by manufacturer and will be discussed with you during the contact lens evaluation, specialty lenses cannot be returned for a refund.
