How long do I have to return my order?
- For nonprescription sunglasses there is a 30-day return policy if they are in new condition and show no signs of wear and tear. For prescription lenses all sales are final, the frames can be restyled once at your insurance’s discretion. For contact lenses you have 90 days from the purchase date to return your boxes, they must be unopened and not damaged or written on.
Will I be charged a restocking fee?
- We will never charge a restocking fee as long as everything is returned in brand new condition and will all accessories (cases, cleaning cloth, etc). Prescription lenses, shipping, and eye exams are nonrefundable.
